If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Please check your order at the time of delivery. If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, let us know within 24 hours with your order number and a photo where possible. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Perishable goods

For fresh and perishable products, report any quality issue on the day of delivery so we can verify and resolve it quickly.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once an order is on the way, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may refuse damaged or incorrect items at the door.

How refunds are issued

As orders are paid by cash on delivery, approved refunds are issued as cash or as credit toward a future order, whichever you prefer. We'll confirm the method when we resolve your request.
