Delivery policy

We currently deliver within 20 KM of our store. At checkout we confirm your pinned location is inside this zone — if it's outside, we're unable to deliver there yet.

Most orders arrive within the hour during working hours (9:00 AM – 11:00 PM). Times are estimates and can vary with demand, weather and traffic.

Delivery charge is Rs 500 per order. There is no minimum order value. Any charges are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the cash amount ready (Cash on Delivery). If we can't reach you, our rider will attempt to contact you on the number provided.
